1. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE on all orders. There are no hidden fees, and the price you see at checkout is the final price.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes? No. Even though our parent company is based in the US, we manage our logistics locally within the UK. All orders are delivered without any surprise customs charges or import VAT for the customer.

2. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you aren't satisfied with your grip gear, you can return it for a full refund.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at contact@gripzone.uk with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid UK return label so you can send the item back for free.
Where do I send my returns? All returns are processed locally at our UK facility:
GripZone Returns > Waverley House, 9 Noel Street, London, W1F 8GQ, UK.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as secure payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
Is my payment secure? Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to ensure that your personal and payment information is kept 100% safe and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the "Handling" phase, we may not be able to stop the shipment, but you can always return it for free once it arrives.

Where is GripZone located? GripZone is a brand owned and operated by AUTHYX, LLC, with our registered headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming, USA. However, we have dedicated operations in London, UK, to handle all fulfillment, customer support, and returns locally for our UK customers.
